PRODUCT QUESTIONS
An electric scooter, also called an eScooter, is a personal electric vehicle that most often resembles a kick scooter. These rides do not have pedals and are typically ridden while standing, though we do carry seated eScooter models as well. eScooters are battery-powered and use a motor in one or both wheels to propel the scooter. This electric power is controlled by a throttle of some kind. Many models are capable of folding for easier carrying and storage.
The top speeds of AJOOSOS electric scooters vary by model. The fastest AJOOSOS eScooter reaches top speeds of 50 miles per hour.
AJOOSOS electric scooters have 3 speed gears: 1st, 2nd and 3rd. 3rd gear is the fastest. If it is a dual-drive electric scooter, then there will also be 2 riding modes: single and dual-drive. Customers can easily adjust the speed according to their riding needs.
The range of a AJOOSOS eScooter on a single charge depends on a number of factors including weather, terrain, temperature, riding mode, rider and cargo weight, and more. With proper care, AJOOSOS batteries should maintain about 80% of their capacity after 500 charge cycles.
The AJOOSOS scooter electric for adults has a completely sealed design. So even on rainy days, the rain will not enter the scooter. The frame is made of aluminum alloy and is not easy to rust. Never let the weather limit your travel.
HOW TO USE
The assembly process varies between models. You can find assembly instructions near the beginning of your user manual or the product detail page. If you’ve lost your user manual, you can access a digital version on our Manual Page.
All AJOOSOS eScooters use a kick-to-start method (except X60). To start a kick-to-start scooter, first position yourself on the scooter, then use one foot to kick off. Once you reach a speed of about 3 miles per hour, you can press the throttle and begin riding your eScooter as normal. The folding process varies depending on both the type of vehicle you have and the specific model. For the best instructions on how to fold and unfold your ride, check your user manual. If you’ve lost your user manual, you can access a digital version on our Manual Page.
In order to charge your AJOOSOS electric scooter, you need to use the official AJOOSOS charger that came with your eScooter. Your scooter should have a charging port somewhere on the body of the scooter. This charging port is often located on the side of the scooter deck. Your manual should have more information regarding the location of your scooter’s charging port.
To begin charging your scooter, you’ll need to plug one end of your charger into the charging port of either the scooter and the other end into an outlet. A colored light should appear on the charger. While the light is red, the vehicle is in the process of charging. When the light turns green, the vehicle is fully charged and should be removed from the charger.
It is important to charge your vehicle safely. Never leave your vehicle to charge unattended, and do not charge overnight. Do not overcharge your vehicle; remove it from the charger once the battery is full. Make sure to charge the battery in a sheltered and temperature-controlled environment, and do not charge the battery on or near flammable material. AJOOSOS generally has two ways of unlocking. One is unlocked by the remote control and the other is unlocked by the key. Newer electric scooters are basically unlocked with a key. Because the key unlock is simple, you only need to turn the key and press the start button on the meter to complete the unlock.
Remote control unlocking needs to press the button with the lightning symbol twice consecutively, when you hear the scooter beeping, you can press the start button on the meter to finish unlocking. Note that it is two consecutive presses, not one or long press. And it is the button with the lightning symbol.
The LCD meter on the AJOOSOS electric scooter is adjustable for settings. By adjusting the settings, you can change the scooter’s speed unit, brake strength, cruise mode, and more. Note that the X60 electric scooter’s gauges cannot be adjusted.
Press and hold the two buttons on the meter together to access the meter’s P settings. there are 10 settings from P0-P9.
But please don’t change the P setting at will as it may make your scooter not start or display incorrectly. Every scooter has been parameterized by our engineers before leaving the factory. If you want to know what the default parameters are, you can contact us.
ORDER STATUS AND WARRANTY
AJOOSOS products can be shipped to North America, including the contiguous United States, Canada and Mexico. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hawaii and Alaska, or addresses outside of the continental United States.
AJOOSOS products can be shipped to Europe. Delivery is available to all EU countries, non-EU countries need to contact us individually for delivery availability.
AJOOSOS products can be shipped to Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, South Korea and Singapore. For other countries please ask us separately.
AJOOSOS products can be shipped to Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand.
AJOOSOS products can’t be shipped to Africa and South America.
Yes, AJOOSOS offers a limited warranty. Adult electric scooters have a six-month warranty on the battery and motor, and a one-year warranty on other replaceable parts. For more information on warranty periods and types of damage, please see our Warranty Policy.
We have a 14 day return policy starting from the day of receipt. For more information, visit our return policy page.
Customers who are outside of the warranty period can still purchase replacement parts to use for repairs. If you need help identifying what part you need, contact our customer service.
