Note: Order number or SKU is needed so that we can process your return request and offer the return address to you.

We will ship our order within 1-2 working days once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 3 working days.

Before being shipped out, orders need 1-2 days for processing. And for delivery time after your order was sent out, estimated delivery days is 5-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Then you can copy the tracking number and check it here.

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number

Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different day and time. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.

Please contact us by support@ajoosos.com before it is shipped. Please note that we CANNOT change or cancel orders which have been shipped out.

If you want to cancel an order that has already been shipped out, please refuse to sign the package, and we will charge part of shipping cost per scooter, we will issue the refund after the package returning to us.

Electric Scooter

This is a brake lever malfunction, and the scooter should not start either. Please check if the brake lever has returned to its original position. If the brake lever is already in place, then a new brake lever needs to be replaced. You can first disconnect the brake lever cable to see if the exclamation mark disappears.

Step 1: Confirm you are operating the scooter correctly. You must press the trigger and push the scooter forward for it to start.

Step 2: Check the display for any fault indicators. If present, refer to Questions 1-4.

Step 1: Some e scooters are equipped with an electric lock. Please confirm that the scooter has been unlocked with the key.

Step 2: Charge the scooter. Connect the charger; a red light indicates charging is in progress. A green light means either charging has stopped or the battery is fully charged.

Step 3: You will need a voltmeter. If you don't have one, contact us directly. Use the voltmeter to test whether the battery and charger are producing output voltage, helping you determine whether the issue lies with the charger or the battery.

This is a switch issue. Firmly push the light switch all the way to the off position until the light turns off. After that, the switch should function normally. If it doesn't work, replace it with a new light switch.
