  • Large Main Items (Electric Scooters & Kids Ride-On Toys)

    All electric scooters and children ride-on vehicles are shipped via FedEx.

    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days. Shipments will arrive much faster for destinations closer to California.
  • Accessories & Replacement Parts

    In-stock accessories will be dispatched from our US warehouse via USPS, with delivery in 3–7 business days.

    If the accessory is out of stock at our US warehouse, it will be shipped from China via China Post, with an approximate delivery time of 15 business days.


Canada


  • Electric Scooters

    All electric scooters to Canada are shipped via UPS, with standard delivery taking 5–7 business days.
  • Accessories & Spare Parts

    All accessories shipped to Canada will be sent directly from China via China Post. Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 business days.
